Absolutely—they have to be able to share your vision to be really effective, I think. My favorite kind of feedback is the kind that no one will be offended if I ignore 😂 often I do end up taking a lot of suggestions when they’re offered in a low pressure way! Maybe I’m prideful but it works for me, haha
